However, what you will also find in your heart is all the ways in which you hold yourself back from reaching for those dreams. We hold ourselves back for many reasons. Whether it's from fear of exposing our highest selves, or a feeling of inadequacy, the result is always the same. We remain exactly where we are as we watch our dreams slip away. These emotional roadblocks need to be identified and healed in order for our dreams to surface.
